First melt the dark chocolate and milk chocolate with a double boiler.

Now put a square cake tin inside the aluminum foil and grease it with oil or butter. Then add salt to a pan and pre-heat on medium gas flame for 10 to 15 minutes.

Now melt the butter in a frying pan. Pour this melted butter into another bowl. Now add condensed milk and melted chocolate and mix very well.

Now put strainer on the bowl and add all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and combine everything.

Now add vanilla essence and milk and mix lightly by adding small pieces of walnuts and mix it very well for cut and fold method.

Now add this mixture to the greased cake tin, melt the milk chocolate on top and spread it in the cake tin mixture with a spoon. Now bake this cake tin in a preheated pan on low heat of gas for 20 minutes.

Now our brownie is ready. Now take this brownie out of the pan, cool it, remove the cake from it and cut it into four pieces.

I haven't sizzler plate so on my jugad - Now heat the roti tawa or nonstick pan on medium heat of gas for five minutes, put brownie on it, put a scoop of ice cream on it and serve hot with chocolate syrup.
