Soak Chana dal overnight. In the morning drain the water. Add dal into the mixture jar and add 1 tsp curd and 2 tsp oil. Grind it. Add little water and again grind it. Don't make a thin paste but coarsely grind it. Now rest for 7 to 8 hours.

After 7 to 8 hours add 1 tsp curd, 2 tsp oil, salt, green paste, turmeric and coriander jeera powder. Mix it properly.

In a dokla cooker boil water. Grease the tray. Now add 1 tsp eno in batter. Pour the batter in greased tray. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes.

In pan heat the oil and add mustard seeds, sesame seeds and green chillies. Add this on khaman. Cut and serve hot.
