30-35 minutes
  1. 1

    Take big and heavy base pan.

  2. 2

    Add 2 bowl cream (Malay).and turn on the gas.

  3. 3

    Stir them at low flame for 15- 20 minutes.

    Stir well other 10 minutes.

    Now, ghee and mava saprate.
    Ghee is ready.
