Steps

Chop 2 Green Chillies & 1/2 inch Ginger in slices.

Chop other 2 Green Chillies & 1/2 Inch Ginger very finely.

Grind Tomatoes finely into purée in a mixer grinder.

Now take a pan, add 1/2 Big Spoon Oil in it & turn the gas on medium flame.

When oil gets heated up, add all Khade Masale & 1 Pinch Hing in it & let them sizzle.

When they start sizzling, add finely chopped Ginger & Green Chillies in it & cook them for 1-2 minutes.

After 1-2 minutes, add finely grinded tomato purée in it with 1 Teaspoon Salt so that they start releasing oil quickly.

After 6-7 minutes, when oil is completely released, add 1 Table Spoon Aloo Masala, 1/2 Teaspoon Haldi Powder, 1/2 Teaspoon Laal Mirch Powder, 2 Teaspoon Dhaniya Powder, 1 Teaspoon Besan in it & mix them properly.

Now cook them for 2-3 minutes.

After 2-3 minutes, add boiled aloo in it with sliced ginger & green chillies in it by crushing them with the help of hand & spatula.

Now mix them properly & then add 1/2 Teaspoon Garam Masala & 1/2 Teaspoon Roasted Kasuri Methi in it & mix them properly.

Then add some water in it, close the lid & cook them for 7-8 minutes on low flame.

After 7-8 minutes, open the lid & stir them properly.

Your Bhandarewale Aloo Ki Sabzi is ready to be served.
