1st we'll make the base
Crushed biscuits add butter n powder sugar in a ring mold of 6” press with glass so that bare becomes firm chilled for half n hour

2nd base
1/2 cup whipped cream beat till fluffy add 130 gms cream cheese 2tbsp powder sugar mix with light hand add mango puree and agar-agar powder dissolve in water

Pour this mixture over base n put it in the freezer for 2-3hrs to set

3rd step
In a pa take mango puree to add powder sugar n 1/4 cup water when mixture bolts add 1/2 tsp pectin when its start becoming thicken switch off gas n let it cool down

Spread this mixture over cheesecake n garnish with mangoes slice n crushed pista.
