Note: toss and place in fridge at least 1 hour before serving and up to 2 days in advance.

Stir together mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, sugar, salt, onion powder, and celery seeds

Finely chop cabbage and onions. Peel or shred carrots. Mix all vegetables in a large bowl

Add sauce to vegetables and toss. Place in fridge for at least 1 hour before serving to allow vegetables to soak flavour and soften
