Firstly marinate the mutton take a half kg mutton clean n wash in normal water 4 to 5 times add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, meat masala, curd n salt mix it well n marinate at least 30 to 45 minutes n keep in a freez

Take a above all ingredients together remove the mutton from the freez n keep a side firstly boil the mutton n later make a gravy, heat the cooker,

Pour oil add all above whole garam masala n saute for a minutes now add marinated mutton n mix it well.

Add hot water m cover the lid n pressure cook 5 to 6 whistle, after that remove the lid now our mutton is perfectly boil keep a side.

Now chopped onion n Coriander leaves inthe same cooker heat the cooker add oil,

Add bay leaf n chopped onion, cook till the onion colour change after that add all dry masala turmeric powder, red chilli powder, Kashmiri Lal powder, garam masala, special red chilli powder n meat masala,

Mix it well n cook now add roasted grinded masala n mix it nicely n cook.

After that add hot water n some Coriander leaves n cook for 5 to 10 minutes.

Now our delicious and tasty spicy Jatretil mutton gravy masala (jatra food) is ready to serve, serve hot in a serving dish n enjoy special this mutton gravy is eat with stuff sooji roti in jatra Belgaum Karnataka but you can eat with anything chapati roti etc., It is very tasty.
