Boil one liter milk

Take a fry pan and pre-heat.

Add ghee and toasted Vermicelli in Ghee until Vermicelli turns brown.

Take out Vermicelli and add in boiled milk.

Cook Vermicelli into milk for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, add sugar and dry dates.

Add elaichi powder.

Stir with spoon gently.

Add kewra water for aroma

Garnish with almonds and pistachios.
