Ingredients

30 minutes
8-10 persons
  • 1 litreMilk
  • 1 cupColoured/Falooda vermicelli
  • 1/2 cupSugar or to taste
  • 2 tbspCustard powder
  • 1/2 cupWhipping cream
  • 1 cupFresh cream
  • 1 cupFruits slices/fruit cocktail
  • 1 packBanana jelly or any jelly
  • 1 packStrawberry jelly or any jelly
  • 1 cupChopped nuts

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil the milk and add vermicelli to milk. Cook until vermicelli becomes soft.

  2. 2

    Add sugar, mix well. Mix custard powder in 1/4 cup of milk. Add to milk and mix thoroughly until consistency becomes thick.

  3. 3

    Add whipping cream and cook for two minutes. Switch off the flame and let it to cool.

  4. 4

    When becomes cool, add fresh cream and fruits and mix well.

  5. 5

    Make both coloured jellies and keep at cold temperature to set. When becomes set, cut into cubes.

  6. 6

    Now in bowl make alternative layers of jellies and cooked mixture.

  7. 7

    Lastly top with some fruits and chopped nuts. Serve chilled.
