First half boiled the rice. Rinse and place a side.

Now make paste of ginger garlic in blender

Meanwhile boil chicken a little in 2 glasses of water to make broth of it. Now caramelize onions in oil, take half of them out for later use and put whole spices in hot oil for a while then add chicken in that oil for frying.

When its half fried then add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes,yogurt,green peppers,,Bombay biryani masala in it. Cover the pan and let the chicken cook in masala.

Add some mint leaves and chicken broth in it

Now put half boiled rice on it. Top with some green peppers,mint leaves, some more tomatoes, and caramelized onions.

Simmer for 6 to 8 minutes. While its getting ready. Assemble the tray. Enjoy it when its done.
