I challenged my husband to come up with a French Toast variation that has an Asian touch.Great for breakfast or as a snack anytime. So quick and easy - even your kids can make this!

Most kids hate fruits. Trust me on that. But they can't say no to honey, jam on a toast. So i thought of a way to make my little ones have their favorite breakfast but at the same time eating fruits as well. And they love it.

I got a little tired of the avocado toast craze, especially when the avocados always turned brown in the fridge. Well BEHOLD HUMMUS TOAST - easy, spreadable, and still healthy-ish. Spicy, salty, sweet and oh-so-savory. Just try it. Trust me on this one.

I like this way of making toast. I cut out the white part of the bread and put ingredients in the cavity.It is easy to burn over high heat, so cook it slowly over medium to low on your pan.Use leftover ingredients in the fridge (instead of bacon, you can use ham or sausage).
