Soak 1 cup chickpeas overnight

Cook chickpeas in a pressure cooker. Let the steam out and drain water

In a bowl, add boiled chickpeas

Add salt

Add red chilli powder

Add ginger garlic paste

Add cumin powder

Give it a good mix, so that chickpeas covered with spices.

Preheat the oven 400F, line the bailing tray with pearchment paper. Spread the chickpeas on it's

Bake for 40-45 mins. Keep stirring in between. Bake till chickpeas are crispy.

In a bowl, add chickpeas, add onion, add green chillies, add bell pepper.

Add lime juice, add coriander, add mint leaves, sprinkle the salt, mix it well
