Ingredients

  1. 1 cupunsweetened Kirkland vanilla almond milk
  2. 6 packetsKnox gelatin powder
  3. 2 tspimitation French vanilla flavor
  4. 1/2 cupunsweetened Kirkland vanilla almond milk cold
  5. 1/2 cupLakanto
  6. Sprinkles

Cooking Instructions

    Chill half cup of almond milk

  2. 2

    Sprinkle all six packets of Knox gelatin powder over 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk in a small saucepan

  3. 3

    Mix in the Lakanto sweetener and stir until mostly Incorporated

  4. 4

    Heat on medium low until gelatin is completely dissolved

  5. 5

    Stir in half cup of chilled unsweetened almond milk and the two tablespoons of imitation French vanilla

  6. 6

    Pour into measuring cup with a liquid spout. Use cup to pour into gelatin molds.

  7. 7

    Refrigerate until solid. Add sprinkles if desired to the gummy molds with the liquid gelatin mixture.
