  1. 1 & 1/2 cup clean poha
  2. 1chopped onion
  3. 1 small bowl nuts roasted
  4. As requiredChopped tomatoes
  5. As neededCoriander leaves chopped
  6. someCurry leaves
  7. 1/2 tspchilli powder
  8. as per tasteSalt
  9. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  10. 2-3chopped green chilli
  11. 1/2 tspJeera/cumin seeds

  1. 1

    Take 1 pan add 2 tsp oil and heat 2-3 mint add jeera and chopped onion, chopped tomatoes, small bowl roasted nuts, curry leaves red chili, salt turmeric powder, chopped green chili, mix. and cook it for 2- 3 minutes.

    Add poha and mix it and coriander leaves and mix it cook it for 5 mint and yummy poha is ready to eat.
