Ingredients

  • 3large mashed bananas
  • 3/4 cupcoconut flour
  • 6large eggs
  • 6 tablespoonbutter
  • 2 tablespoonorganic raw honey
  • 1/3 cupalmond milk
  • 1/4 teaspoonground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoonground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoonbaking soda
  • 1 teaspoonvanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 cupalmond or pecans

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven 350 f

  2. 2

    Grease 1 pound loaf pan

  3. 3

    Combine all ingredients and blend on medium speed

  4. 4

    Pour into greased pan and bake for 55 minutes or until a wood tester comes out clean

    Allow to set and cool before remove and slice enjoy 😉
