A special dish of gujarati.A evening snack or perfect snack on monsoon.
Steps

Mix besan with water and make a thick batter.Add salt,haldi,red chilli powder and mix it properly.

Peel the skin of yam and cut it into thin slice and dip each slice one by one in the besan batter and deep fry into the hot oil. Sprinkle chaat masala on it.

At the time of frying,add pinch of soda in batter and mix it properly.

Enjoy your ratalu puri with hot cup of tea.
