Cut the onions, tomatoes, and green chilies into small pieces. Heat a deep pan. Add cooking oil

After heating the oil, add onions and green chilies. Saute it for 5 minutes. Now add tomatoes

Stir fry for 5 minutes. Now add water as required for gravy

Boil for 5-10 minutes. At last, add pakodis, serve hot with Chapati
