White Forest Football cake

This cake is easy to make except for the shape you need to be careful. Use a tall cake tin with less diameter so it would be easy to give shape of a ball. This is white forest cake inside and healthy too since made from whole wheat flour.

This cake is easy to make except for the shape you need to be careful. Use a tall cake tin with less diameter so it would be easy to give shape of a ball. This is white forest cake inside and healthy too since made from whole wheat flour.
Steps

For the sponge:
Sift all the dry ingredients 3-4 times. Keep them aside.
In a bowl take all the wet ingredients and heat on high for 1 minute in a microwave. - 2
Mix the dry ingredients to wet ingredients gradually in three parts.
Don't over mix.
The mixture should have smooth texture. - 3
Pre heat the oven for 10 minutes at 180°C.
Pour the mixture in 5" greased cake tin. - 4
Bake the cake in the oven for 50 minutes or till the toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Cool the cake on wire rack. - 5
For frosting:
Whip the whipping cream till stiff peaks are formed.
Now take some whipped cream in another bowl and add the Magic black gel colour.
Fill this in a piping bag with star nozzle. - 6
Now take little more whipped cream to another bowl and add Magic jade gel colour. Fill that too in one of the piping bags with star nozzle.

Now cut the cake in 4 parts, don't remove the dome as it will help in proper shape at the top.

Take a cake board apply little whipped cream and place one layer of cake on it.
Soak it with sugar syrup.
Now apply whipped cream on it and top it with chocolate chips.
Similarly do that for other 2 layers. - 9
Now place the dome on the top of 3 layers and soak it with sugar syrup.
Cut the bottom layer little slanting carefully, so that it looks like a ball. See the last pic in this step. - 10
Cover the cake completely with whipped cream and keep it in fridge for half an hour.

Now mark pentagons and hexagons on the whipped cream using the paper cuttings and toothpick.
Now cover the markings using black whipped cream filled in piping bag without any nozzles. - 12
Now fill up the pentagons with black colour whipped cream with star nozzle and hexagons with whipped cream with star nozzle.

After the whole ball shape is covered with whipped cream make some grass with green coloured whipped cream below.
