Steps

Boil,peel and mash potatoes.

Finely chop all the vegetables.

Mix together vegetables,salt,chilli flakes and coriander seeds.

Make round kababs.

Whisk together egg,maida,carom and chilli powder.

Make slightly runny batter of the above mixture.

Heat oil in a pan.

Dip biscuits in batter.

Shallow fry till light golden.

Serve with chutney.
