Ingredients

6 servings

2 largePotato
6 sliceHam
1 tspSalt
1 tspPepper
1for the coating Flour
1for the coating Eggs
1for the coating Panko

Steps

Cook the potatoes until softened. (I used a pressure cooker.)

Season with salt and pepper and mash.
3

Wrap the mashed potatoes with ham.
4

Coat with flour, eggs, and panko in this order. Deep fry at 180°C until golden brown.
