Cooking Instructions

Firstly, Heat 1 tsp oil in a kadai add 2 cup Makhane fry for 3-4 minutes. Keep aside

Heat 2 tsp oil in same kadai. Add 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, cloves, cardomam fry for 2 minutes.
Now add chopped onions fry till onions change colour then add Ginger Paste and garlic cloves. Fry till they change colour. Then add chopped tomatoes add little bit salt and fry until oil sepratres. add few cashews and saute. Turn off the flame - 3
When the mixture is cooled blend to smooth paste in blender without adding water.keep aside

In a same kadai,heat 1 tbsp oil, add curry leaves, 1/2 cumin seeds and cinnamon stick once they spullter add prepared masala paste and fry for 5-6 minutes

Now add turmeric powder, salt deggi mirch, red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt, mix well fry until oil sepratres.

Now add fresh cream in a mixture and mix it well. Add as required water to adjust consistency. Boil the mixture for 2-3 minutes

Add fried makhane and boiled green peas. Cook on low flame for 20 minutes.

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot Sabzi with naan and Roti.
