Add 1 ltr milk to a pot, add pottery dried dates(chowaray)
Add 2 cardamom and
Cook it until milk reduced to half. - 2
In another pot boil 1.5 ltr milk. Add reduced milk of dates(chowaray) in it. Add 10 tbsp sugar(or as per your taste) cook till sugar dissolves.

Add 100 gm vermicelli, and further cook for 10 minutes.

For tarka: add 1 tbsp ghee 3-4 cardamom. Crackle it. And put it over sheer.

Pour sheer in a serving bowl. Pour tarka over it. Mix it a lil bit.

Garnish with sliced almond and pistachio. Serve hot or cold as per your preference.
