I love any excuse to make a decadent cake. This dark chocolate cake recipe is one of my favorites but I also LOVE a decadent more Cake. I go crazy for all things dark chocolate and there’s nothing more tempting to me than this Dark Chocolate Cake. Between the amazing, flavorful and tender homemade cake and the rich, smooth and fluffy dark chocolate frosting, there is SO much to love about this cake.
This cake is moist and has the perfect crumb. I cannot imagine making a chocolate cake using any other recipe. It is so easy to make. I’m eating a piece of the cake as I’m writing this, drooling all over my keyboard. It is insanely delicious. A decades search was worth the wait. Every…decadent…bite. Who wants cake?

In a bowl, mix wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar powder and mix it through a sieve.

Now add 500 grams of salt to a large pan to bake the cake, put a stand and cover the pan and let it heat on high gas flame for 10 to 15 minutes.

Then mix water, instant coffee powder, vanilla essence, oil and vinegar in another bowl. Now add dry ingredient mixer and mix well.

Now grease the cake tin with oil and dust it with menda and add the cake mixer made in it and set it by tapping the cake tin a little. Then roll the cake tin in a pre-heated pan. Now cover this pan and let it bake on medium flame of gas for 30 to 35 minutes. To check with a toothpick that the cake has become. Once the cake is done, brush the milk on top.

Now heat the fresh cream and pour the ray on the dark chocolate pieces and stir well. Chocolate melts and becomes ganas. Spread the ganas evenly on the cake. Sprinkle cocoa powder on top. Now add cream in a few ganas and make a star on a cake filled in a star nozzle piping bag and garnish with mint leaves and choco balls.

Now this Dark Chocolate Cake is ready to serve. This cake has become very soft and delicious.
