Spicy Hilsa Curry

Hilsa Tel Jhol- this spicy curry is a runny Hilsa gravy scented with kalonji and turmeric powder. This gravy is spiked with green chillies and finished with a generous drizzle of mustard oil.
The mustard oil in the recipe brings out the flavour of the dish and increases the taste too.
Try this one with steamed rice.
