  • آدھا کپ لمبے کٹے چھوہارے

    بڑی پتیلی میں گھی گرم کر کے الائچی کڑکڑائیں پھر سویاں چورا کر کے بھونیں

    ساتھ ہی کٹا ہوا سارا میوا ڈال دیں جب خوشبو آنے لگے تو دودھ ڈال دیں

  3. 3

    ساتھ ہی کنڈنسڈ ملک اور چینی بھی ڈال دیں اور ہلاتے ہوئے پکائیں پھر ہلکی آنچ پر آدھا گھنٹہ پکنے دیں کہ چھوہارے نرم ہو جائیں پھر ڈش میں نکال لیں
