Steps

In a wok heat ghee, add Whole Garam masala and stir for 1-2 mins until there is an aroma
- 2
Add ginger paste, sliced green chilies and stir for 1 min. Add chopped onions and cook until brown in colour.

Add mutton pieces and keep stirring on low flame until Mutton becomes brown in colour.

Add coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt, mint and coriander leaves l and continue stirring.

Add walnut paste, milk, and 500ml water and mix well. On low flame, cover and cook.

Once cooked, set aside, garnish with coriander leaves and enjoy on its own or with Roti
