First mal pura : In a pan add milk and sugar and cook for 5 minutes or until sugar dissolves.

Cool. Add in maida and mix well. Add in beaten egg. Mix well.

Then add baking powder and cardamom powder.

Add zarda color and mix well. Leave the batter in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Heat nonstick pan. Greased the pan. Add a spoon full of mal pura mixture. Cook on both sides till golden brown.

For rabri: in another pan add milk, sugar,saffron, cardamom powder and milk powder. Mix well.

Cook rabri till thick.

Place mal pura in serving dish. Drizzle rabri on top. Mal pura is ready to serve.
