In a pot add mutton, ginger garlic paste, water, shan masala and switch on stove

Cook until mutton is tender and 1/4 water remains

Add yogurt on it and set aside.

Now soak rice and boil them when 3/4th done

Now start layering. Put all the masala in base of pot. Add all rice then fried onions with its oil.

Cover and cook on dum for 10 minutes. Serve hot
