Boil milk with sugar and tapal insta brew. When sugar dissolves remove from stove and keep aside. In another bowl add cream, caster sugar and tapal insta brew and whisk well. Keep aside. Dip the rusk one by one through the coffee and milk mixture to absorb the liquid then place in serving dish forming a bed. Then add layer of coffee and cream mixture. Repeat the layers until reached the edge of serving dish.

Decorate with whipped cream, chocolate chips and tapal insta brew. Freeze for 4 hour.
