Ingredients

  • 1 cupPalak
  • 2 cupflour
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1/2 tspCaron seeds
  • 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 spoonGhee

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl. Add palak, flour and spices and knead a soft dough.

  2. 2

    Heat a tawa.

  3. 3

    Add ghee in it.

  4. 4

    Add Parantha on it. After 1 min flip off.

  5. 5

    Heat on both sides until crispy.

  6. 6

    Serve hot
