Rich and creamy Sheer Khurma is an elegant dessert often made during Eid. This vermicelli pudding is filled with lots of nuts, raisins and dates!
Steps

Soaked all dryfruits 8 hours in separate bowl
Cashew nuts you can soak 3 hours only
You can soak all dryfruits in warm waterAfter 8 hrs chopped all dryfruits very thin slice except chironji
Chironji you have to blanch remove cover from chironji keep it side

Heat kadhai or pan or big vessel
Take 2 tablespoon ghee
Heat ghee
Add all dryfruits in it saute lil till colour change to light brown for 1 minutes on slow flame
Remove dryfruits from kadhai.
Add vermicelli in same kadhai and saute till brown colour for 30 second only remove from kadhai

Boil milk in big or vessel big kadhai
After boil add kesar
Add sugar
Add all rosted dryfruits and vermicelli in boiling milk
Boil for 20 minutes on slow flame
Add dates in it and switch off the flame
You can add elaichi as per your taste it's optional

Your sheerkurma is ready
Serve hot or cold
All ingredients you can add up of your choice
