First wash and chopped palak leaves, remove all water.
Take chana dal and moong dal wash them properly and soak dal in water for 10 minutes. - 2
Now take one bowl or pot which can fit in your pressure cooker.
Heat oil in a bowl adds rai, jeera then add ginger and tomato paste, asafoetida, turmeric, red chili powder, and then add dal and mix it well.
Lastly, add cut palak and put the bowl in the cooker. - 3
Pressure cooker it for 3-4 whistle and let cool down completely.
Add little gud and lemon juice and give it a good mix.
Serve it hot with rice, roti, or paratha.
