Steps

Soak Tamarind and dates in warm water for 10-15 min remove seed of Tamarind and dates

Transfer in mixi bowl and make a paste

Add some water as per requirement and Stir paste as well

Heat the pan add past add add jaggery, and spices and mix well

Boil for 5-7 min in slow flame
- 6
Let's cool down in normal room temperature and enjoy chutney with panipuri, chat, samosa, pettis
