For chutney -Grind all together in mixer without water.

In a bowl add the remaining ingredients and chutney as required and serve immediately.

Can have it with out any veggies.

Can add sev or boondi to it or can simply add fried bengal gram.

You can preserve this chutney in fridge upto one week in an airtight container.
