Steps

First take walnuts and grind them.(Not so much) so that we feel it crunchiness.

Now take puffed rice, grind them.

Now take potatoes in a bowl, mashed them, add salt, chilli, chopped coriander, lemon juice, ginger, green chilli.

Add grind walnuts and puffed rice in it. keep some for coating. mix them.

Now make some flat kababs, shape them according to your choice with a cookie cutter.

Coat them with some grinded walnuts and puffed rice. press gently.

PreHeat an airfrier, grease with some oil and put kabas. cook it for 10 min. Then grease them with some oil.

Cook for 15 -20 min. They are ready now.

For Dip-
Mix all ingridients, including walnuts. Tasty Dip is ready. - 10
Garnish kababs with walnut dip and coriander and serve.
