In a wok add oil and onions. When onion turn light brown, add tomatoes and ginger garlic paste. Cook for 5 mins with a splash of water.

Now add mince meat and all the spices. Cook for 10 mins. Add a little water if needed.

Now add the cauliflower and chillies. Mix well. Add 1/2 cup water, cover and cook on low flame till the cauliflower is tender.

Now garnish with freshly chopped coriander and all-spice powder.. Serve with homemade paratha and yogurt and enjoy!
