Take fresh,washed and clean fish

Take a big bowl or any big vessel... Add fish, besan/gram flour, maida, green and red chillies, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, ajwain and lemon juice.. Add little water and mix well with clean hands....

Marination is done...transfer into a bowl and marinate for 4-5 hours before frying

Heat oil in a wok..Place the marinated fish in the oil. Keep the stove on medium flame and shallow fry until both the sides of the fish turn dark brown or golden and crisp

Transfer into serving bowl and line it with tissue paper/ paper towel(this helps to absorb the excess oil from fish). (Garnish with sliced onion and lemon if desired).....Serve hot with chutney Or any dip.....
