Steps

Add wheat flour and semolina with soda powder, knead it well and make a smooth dough. Let it rest for 10-20 minutes.

Divide it into three parts. Roll it like a big chapati. With a help of a cutter make small puris and shallow fry it.

In a jar add all ingredients and blend and sieves it then add red chili powder, black salt, roasted grind cumin seeds, tamarind water and garnish it with Bundi. Before serving add ice cubes to it. It's ready to serve.
