3/4 cupheavy cream (200 ml)
1lime
Salt and pepper
Chives
1 teaspoonmustard

Steps

Pour the cream into a saucepan.

Chop the chives, zest the lime, and squeeze out the juice.

Add salt, pepper, chopped chives, and mustard. Stir while gently heating.

Add half the lime juice and some of the zest.

Heat while stirring until the sauce thickens.
