Brinjal in black gravy

This is a typical maharashtrian spicy sabzi
Steps

Remove the skin of the potato & cut it into small pieces
Remove thorns from brinjal & put vertical & horizontal cut on it
Grated tomato. - 2
Mix the above mixture & spices on a plate & fill this mixture in brinjal.

Put three spoon oil in a pan & slowly put brinjal in it & cook it for two min
Then add potatoes & the remaining mixture & stir for two minutes. - 4
Then add two cups water & close the lid & wait till potatoes and brinjal are soft
Then add grated tomato to it
When the gravy thickens the sabzi is done. - 5
Serve it with jowar or bajra roti
It tastes very yummy 😋
