Spinach Cream Puffs

Creamy spinach stuffed in puff pastry and baked to perfection

Firstly chop spinach and wash thoroughly then put it in a strainer so the water could dry out

In a pan, heat 2tbsp butter and add garlic, saute for a min then add chopped spinach and cook till water of spinach evaporats

Now add black pepper powder and salt, mix everything. Then add in cream cheese and cream in the spinach and again mix everything, keep aside

Roll out the puff pastry sheet, cut any shapes you like, we have square here, put spinach filling in the center and joint the corners

Place in an oven proof buttered dish so they won't get it stuck, then brush the tops with beaten eggs

Bake at 180°c for around 20-25 mins or until the crust becomes golden
Serve hot
