To begin with, taking watermelon and take out its white portion transferring it into a cup.

Then, place a deep-bottomed pan on medium flame and heat ghee in it. Once heated, add the watermelon and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.

Your next step would be to add cardamom powder and stir it yet again for another few minutes.

Next, add sugar, milk along with saffron in the pan and cook till the mixture is mixed well.

Once done, transfer in a serving dish served hot. you can also choose to garnish the halwa with chopped and sliced dry fruits.
