Take a bowl add rice and wash it properly.

Take a big pot add water and boil it and add milk and boil it. Now add rice, malai and cooked it for 30 minutes on low flame.

Take almonds and chopped them.

After 30 minutes add sugar. Now cook for 10 minutes. Now add almonds and kismis. Now our kheer is ready to eat. Decorate with almonds.

Serve it.
