Ingredients

  1. 400 mlMilk
  2. 200 mlCream
  3. 4-5 tbspDry milk powder
  4. 12-14 tbsSugar
  5. 1 tbspCorn flour
  6. 4-5Mango

Steps

  1. 1

    Take 400 ml milk and reduce it half now add sugar 12 to 14 tbsp and cook until it melt and start thickening dissolve 1 tbsp corn flour in 2 tbsp cold milk and add in milk mixture cook until it become thick like condensed milk then add dey milk powder and mix keep this milk mixture in freezer until chilled.

    Now take out blender blend 1 pack of tetra milk cream 200 ml with milk mixture and mango chunks together until become like a consistent mixture

    Keep this mixture in airtight box in freezer for 6 hrs after 6 hrs beat again in blender or with egg beater repeat this process for 2 to 3 times and freeze it for 24 hrs

  4. 4

    Tips

    you can use condensed milk 200 ml instead of making milk mixture.

    Beating ice cream mixture two to three times is necesaary because beating will incorporate air in mixture which make ice cream light and creamy...

    Use airtight box means air tight box otherwise crystal will form.....
