1/4 kgKeema
1/4 cupChana daal soak 2hr
1Onion small
1 tspGinger garlic paste
2-3Dried red chilli
1/4 tspTurmeric powder
1/2 tspCummin powder
1/4 tspCoriander powder
1 tspGaram Masala powder
leavesas required Coriander
as per taste Salt
2Egg
as required Oil fr frying

In a pressure cooker add all ingredients accept oil,egg & take 2 whistle than cook in low flame fr 15 mnt

Cool the mixture & grind it in a mixi than add coriander leaves & make kabab

Dip in egg & fry them enjoy with ketchup & chutney.
