Take a bowl put dal wash and soak for half an hour. Take a cooker put water then water boil put soaked dal, salt, and turmeric powder mix, and cook in 15 minutes at slow flame.

Take a wok put olive oil then add hing and garlic saute then add green chili and onion saute then add all spices and tomato puree mix.

Then put boiled dal and simmer for 2 minutes. Then enjoy Dal fry.
