Saute half butter onion and ginger garlic paste,add fish fillet and lightly fry them and take out in oven dish.

Now in same pan add other half butter, pepper chilli chicken powder, lemon and salt According to your taste

Add in cream and mixed herbs and simmer it for a few mins.

Pour the sauce over the fish and bake it for 20 _25 mins at 180 gas mark.
Serve with garlic cilantro rice
