It tastes simply delicious with just anything. Each family may have a different recipe made to suit their taste & liking. So there are numerous ways it is made. It goes very well with our South Indian Breakfast Days.

It tastes simply delicious with just anything. Each family may have a different recipe made to suit their taste & liking. So there are numerous ways it is made. It goes very well with our South Indian Breakfast Days.

Take one non - stick pan add oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, and urad dal. Sauté for 1 minute then add garlic, ginger, and onion.

Cook onions for 3-4 minutes then add tomatoes and salt and cover the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes. Then add all other ingredients and cook for another couple of minutes.

Turn the flame off and let it cool and then churn it in a mixer. Your tasty peanut and tomato chutney is ready. You can have it with dosa, idli or anything and you can store it for 3-4 days in the fridge.
