Steps

Spread butter on both sides and heat them on a flat non-stick pan.

Take chicken fillets and hammer them to make them flat. Add black pepper powder, salt, oregano and oil and marinate for 20 minutes.

Take a bowl add egg, cabbage, onion and coriander mix.

Add black pepper powder, white pepper powder, salt and mix well.

On a flat nonstick pan add a bit of oil and cook the chicken fillets.

Once the chicken is cooked then on the same pan add the egg mixture to make omelette. I have given a square shape to fit in the sandwiches.

Now assemble the sandwiches. Spread ketchup on inside on bread and lay half piece of omelette.

Add another bread slice and lay the chicken fillet. Then add lettuce leaves and again lay omelette on it. Add ketchup on top.

Cover with third bread slice to complete the sandwich. Wrap it in a foil paper from all four sides. Turn it upside down and cut it in half.

Korean sandwich is ready to serve with your favourite sauce.
