Sieve together all dry ingredients except sugar.

In a bowl put dark chocolate chunks and microwave for 1 minute.

Add sugar powder and oil to the melted chocolate,mix well till fluffy.

Add curd and vanilla essence and mix well

Add flour mix gradually to the oil-sugar-chocolate mix.Fold gently.

Add milk to the batter.Mix and add more milk if required to form a batter ofdropping consistency.Add chopped nuts.

Transfer the batter into a greased cake pan of 4"×8"area.

Bake in a preheated oven at 170 °c for 25 minutes.Check with a tooth puck.If tooth pick comes out clean,then cake is baked properly.If not,bake for some more minutes.

Let the brownie cake cool,demold and serve
